1.Fencing off the farm,foot bath at the farm gate and strong disinfectants in there

 

2.Visitors increase the risk of introduction of diseases onto the farm

 

3.Discourage farm personnel from bringing fresh meat (pork) on the farm

 

4.Employees should be encouraged to take breakfast,lunch etc inside the farm.

 

5.Visiting neighbouring farms by employees is strictly prohibited.

 

6.Sources of input for example feed,veterinary service providers and equipment from reputable source that apply all basic principle of biosecurity

 

7.Deal with only qualified animal health workers whom can define accurately the real situation and the best intervention to control and prevent outbreak as the case may be

 

8.Have a record book to document anyone entering the premises.This is a good method to help control people and vehicle traffic and it helps to identify the culprit if a disease occurs

 

9.If some one wants to visit a farm, it is necessary to confirm that they have not visited any other farm for atleast a few days prior to entering

 

10.People who enter the farm should remove street clothes and shoes, wear clean over ralls,gumboots.... All provided by farm

 

11.Disinfect boots and wash hands before entering the pig stys

 

12.Discourage gathering of employees from different farms of company as they may act as disease carriers

 

13.Farm should not share equipments such as syringes,needles etc with other farms

 

14. Keep odor controlled in your farm to prevent disease proliferation

 

LASTLY,  use 100% ORGANIC ACTIVATOR, VERY SAFE & EFFECTIVE ODOR REMOVAL AND DISINFECTANT EVEN IN THE PRESENCE OF THE BIRDS IN THE FARM. SOAK 3 SPOONS IN 10 LITERS WATER OVERNIGHT OR 8 TO 12 HOURS. SPRAY INTO THE FARM FLOORS, WALLS, ROOFINGS, CAGES ETC.
